29 CFR 1910.430(b)(1): Compressors used to supply air to the diver were not equipped with a volume tank with a check valve on the inlet side, a pressure gauge, a relief valve and a drain valve, (is applicable to the construction standard by 29 CFR 1926.1085 that incorporates the General Industry requirement): On or about June 10, 2014, at the above addressed job site, the employer did not provide the dive team members who were using a surface supplied air compressor was not equipped with a volume tank while performing underwater operations.
