29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about February 18, 2014, at 607 SW A Street in Bentonville, Arkansas, hazard communication training was not provided for the benefit of employees exposed to hazardous chemicals and/or ingredients such as but not limited to acetone, trichloroethylene and carbon dioxide which was contained in Economy Mold Cleaner 119252; crystalline silica which was contained in the Super Oil Absorbent; and propane, butane and trichloroethylene which was contained in the Silicone Econo-Spray Mold Release being used by employees.
