29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) Assorted nut mixer electrical cabinet. Fittings were not provided to prevent damage to conductors powering the conveyor motors. The conductors entered the cabinet through knock out hole. Violation observed on or about 1/30/14.
