29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a. 2 Eastmans Road, Parsippany, NJ Employer did not have material safety data sheets in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they used. Chemicals include, but are not limited to R.G.S Premium A Wash (press wash), Excalibur Plastisol Inks, and UR-FC Ultra Rapid Fixer, thereby exposing employees to eye injuries. Violation observed on or about May 22, 2012
