29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Employees were not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder. a) Jobsite: On or about October 21, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while ascending a ladder while carrying roofing materials in one hand, which did not allow them to maintain three points of contact on the ladder at all times and an imbalance condition.
