29 CFR 1910.1018(k)(2): Floors and other accessible surfaces contaminated with inorganic arsenic were cleaned by shoveling and/or brushing where vacuuming or other relevant methods were effective: At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 (Refinery) - On or about 27 March 2024, employees of The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to inorganic arsenic hazards as dry sweeping was taking place through the facility where vacuuming or other relevant methods could be used.
