29 CFR 1910.243(c)(4): The top half of the wheel of portable grinding machine(s) was not enclosed: On June 6, 2023, and times prior, at or near 4409 33rd Street North West in Fargo, North Dakota employees were exposed to impingement hazards from flying sparks and debris while operating portable grinders: a) Dewalt 9" portable grinder located in the Fabrication Department b) Makita Model 9557PB Serial # 103239 located in the Fabrication Department.
