29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 19, 2023, and at times prior thereto, six Romex jobs-site made flexible cords were being used for powering equipment and handheld tools that were not connected to devices and fittings which would provide strain relief, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
