29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use. At the jobsite located at 424 South Kansas Ave. Topeka, Kansas, in room 106 employees performing paint scraping and preparation activities were exposed to Lead and Crystalline Silica hazards in that the employer had not established and implemented a written respiratory protection program for required respirator use. Employees were required to use 3M 8511 N95 respirator while working with Sheetrock Brand Easy Sand Joint Compound 45, a product containing Crystallin Silica.
