29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee was exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: a) Germination & Kilning Vessels (GKV1 & GKV2) - On or about October 23, 2022 and on previous dates, the employer did not ensure employees deenergized a helix motor prior to exposing the internal metal conducts in an excessively damp, wet environment inside the germination and kilning vessel, exposing employees to the hazards of electricity such as but not limited to shock.
