29 CFR 1926.452(i)(7): Platform units were not nailed, bolted, or otherwise secured to outriggers to prevent their displacement. a. At the jobsite located at 203 Bay Dr. N Bradenton Beach, Florida, East side of the building - On or about June 23, 2021, the supported scaffold platform was laying on top of the outboard outrigger beams, exposing employees, installing the fascia, to a 25 foot fall hazard.
