29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Printing Area, Injection Molding Area and Extrusion Area: The employer did not develop detailed specific procedures for shutting down machines, including, but not limited to the Rutherford Tube Printing Machines, New Britain 200 Injection Molding Machines, Van Dorn 300 Injection Molding Machines, Battenfeld 35 Injection Molding Machines, Boy 22 Injection Molding Machines, NRM Plastic Extruder Machines and Davis Standard Plastic Extruder Machines, thus exposing employees to injury such as fractures or thermal burns, on or about March 4, 2021 to present.
