29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: On and about February 12, 2021, grinding area/CNC and Press employees were exposed to the following abrasive wheel pedestal grinders that had tongue guards that were not adjusted to 1/4 of an inch next to the abrasive wheels, to include but not limited to: a). The pedestal grinders (employer identification number SS and AL) located adjacent to the Omada Pega Punch Presses were missing the tongue guards.
