29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: K&B Solutions Warehouse, fabricating area: On or about 02/16/2021, the employer exposed employees electrical shock hazards, in that adequate strain relief was not provided for an extension cord used to power equipment such as, but not limited to; the company's router. The casing of the extension cord used in the cabinet fabrication/customizing area was taped together as a temporary repair.
