29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced: The employer is failing to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals in the workplace. This was most recently observed on May 13, 2020, at 530 Carl St, Butte, Nebraska, where employees handle chemicals like oils, grease, and solvents, and the employer had not provided training on the risks of exposure to the chemicals as well as the ways for employees to protect themselves.
