29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) 3 Terminal Road, New Brunswick, NJ - Tablet Press/Encapsulation Department The work area was not kept clean in that class II combustible dusts such as but not limited to glucosamine 2KCl, glucosamine HCl, dicalcium phosphate and whey protein powder mixes, accumulated on the floors and on machine surfaces during the encapsulation process. Dust explosion severities ranged from 0.05 and 1.81, with Kst values between 2.29 and 22.72. Condition observed on or about 3/15/2019.
