29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 200-240 Carter Dr., Edison, NJ The employer did not ensure employees were provided effective training on the use of hazardous chemicals in the facility. Employees worked with chemicals including, but no limited to, Compressed Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide, on a daily basis where not provided training. Violation occurred on or about February 22, 2019
