29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or before February 12, 2019 on the north wall at the site, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards where a 220 volt breaker box contained six unused openings that had not been closed.
