29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employee were protected from ingoing nip point hazards in that, the ventilation fan motor horizontal belt on the undercoat booth located in the paint department, was not appropriately guarded. This condition exposed employees to ingoing nip point hazards. (b)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employee were protected from ingoing nip point hazards in that, the ventilation fan motor horizontal belt on the wet/finished paint booth located in the paint department, was not appropriately guarded.
