29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Work space was less than 30 inches wide in front of electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less: At 6240 McKissock Avenue, St. Louis, MO, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop and Tilt Area, stored materials blocked access to three, 240 volt, circuit breaker panel boxes. A 480 volt electrical energy disconnect located inside of the Autoclave Area was also partially blocked. This violation was noted on 10/16/18.
