29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof. Location: Prosys Room An employee was not removed from the machine area during the troubleshooting of the shrink wrap machine arm. He was seriously injured when the machine arm activated and struck him in the head.
