29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were attached to building surfaces: On or about June 5, 2018, at 5944 Peachtree Corners East, Norcross, Georgia: Employees performing warehouse work were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working in the Zone B, and mezzanine areas of the warehouse when the employer attached flexible electrical cords with tie straps to metal storage racks that are mounted to the floors and walls of the building.
