29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. a. On or about May 22, 2018, located at the Grant Park Apartments at apartment building 2A, employees were performing masonry work from four foot wide fabricated framed scaffolds that were approximately 35 feet in height and not plumb to protect the employees from a scaffold collapse exposing employees to fall hazards up to approximately 35 feet, caught-between and struck-by hazards.
