29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iii): The frequency of inspections and tests of process equipment was not consistent with applicable manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practices, and more frequently if determined to be necessary by prior operating experience. (a) Line A Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the Cool Air Incorporated ammonia monitor was not being calibrated yearly as required by the manufacturer. (b) Line B Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the Calibration Technologies, Inc. ammonia monitor was not being calibrated every 6 months as required by the manufacturer. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
