29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(ii): Mobile ladder stand platforms with a platform height of 4 to 10 feet (1.2 m to 3 m) did not have, in the platform area, handrails with a vertical height of at least 36 inches (91 cm) and midrails: On or about March 15, 2018, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards when the job-made mobile ladder used on line 4 did not have midrails on the platform. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
