29 CFR 1926.62(f)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not select, and provide to employees, the appropriate respirators as specified in 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A): (a) River Station Demolition Project, Downingtown, PA - On or about 1/17/18, the employer did not provide, as an interim control, employees performing torch cutting on steel coated with lead-based paint with respirators which will protect the employees from exposures to lead up to 2500 ug/m3 (50 times the PEL), exposing employees to chemical hazards.
