29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees did not leave the workplace wearing any protective clothing or equipment that was required to be worn during the work shift: a) At the worksite, on or about 5/9/17: An employee was stripping a metal clad door with a metal brush on a hand held grinder while other workers were in close proximity. The employer did not ensure employees removed clothing worn during the work operation prior to leaving the work site. Sampling determined that Lead was present at .0545 %.
