29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employees were not trained on the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area: Kumho Tire Georgia, Inc., Macon, GA - Carbon black, classified as combustible, was used in the manufacturing of rubber for the tires. The hazard communication training received by the employees did not include the physical hazards of combustible dust on or about 3/7/17.
