29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: (a) On or about March 2nd, 2017, the driver of a Yale fork lift on the main aisle near the wash booth was traveling with a load in a forward position with the forks elevated that obstructed the forward view of the operator. This exposed employees to a struck by hazard.
