29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer shall certify that employee training has been accomplished and is being kept up to date. The certification shall contain each employee's name and dates of training. On or about 1/25/17 in the Gin Mill at the Model 86 BesPress; the employer allowed employer to clean the press requiring lockout/tagout procedures and the employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date.
