29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Metal Grinding Areas, Factory Floor, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. Employees performing grinding operations were not trained on the hazards of carbon steel dust which contains chemicals to include, but not limited to, chromium, zinc, and nickel. Condition observed on or about 10/8/2014.
