On or about October 15, 2014, next to paint mix/storage trailer, 4 drums, 55 gallons each, of Safety Kleen Ultra Kleen Spray Equipment Solution UN1263 (flammable liquid) were stored outside on a wooden deck which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards.
