Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a. 4400 S. Packers - On or about September 23, 2014, pallets of paint boxes were being stored on storage racks that weren't plumb or perpendicular with severe column and footplate damage, thereby exposing employees to fractures and crushing injuries from collapsing pallets of paint striking employees.
