29 CFR 1915.89(c)(1): The employer did not ensure the use of a lock to prevent energization or startup, or the release of hazardous energy, before any servicing was started: A) Column N-8, on or about May 21, 2014, and employee opened the bottom access panel to the belt drive and saw blade area to clean the lower band saw blade area without locking out the electrical to the motor, exposing the employee to a hazard of rotating parts and in-running nip points.
