29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a)Production Area-Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to portland cement (which contains silica), dust, sand, hardwood/softwood, oil and grease. Material Safety Data Sheets for each product covered by the standard were not maintained on or about June 17, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
