11.5.2.9 NMAC 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii): Lockout devices and tagout devices were utilized for other purposes than controlling energy and were not singularly identified: Employees used lockout locks for pump 689 in the Alky unit, which was out of service and did not identify the person that affixed the lock to the equipment.
