29 CFR 1926.1204(d)(2):Employer did not provide ventilating equipment needed to obtain acceptable entry conditions: a) Williamstowne Curve (Access Road) Mobile, Al, on or about August 11, 2025: employees entered a sewer manhole containing a hazardous atmosphere to perform work without ventilation equipment being provided to the employees on site that was needed to obtain acceptable entry conditions.
