29 CFR 1910.213(h)(4): Radial saws. Installation shall be in such a manner that the front end of the unit will be slightly higher than the rear, so as to cause the cutting head to return gently to the starting position when released by the operator. On or about April 8, 2025, at an establishment located at 2239 East Glendale Avenue in Appleton, Wisconsin, in Plant 3 - Skid Shop; employees were exposed to point-of-operation hazards while utilizing the DeWalt radial arm saw (Model: GE, Serial: 74669) which was not installed in such a manner to cause the cutting head to gently return to the starting position when released by the operator.
