29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: On or about January 29, 2025, the employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed when employees working with chemicals including, but not limited to, 3M Scotchkote Electrical Coating, Evercoat Body Shop Body Filler, 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 2214 Regular, and Klean Strip Lacquer Thinner, were not required to wear any personal protective equipment, and the equipment provided to employees, did not provide adequate protection against the exposures in the work area. Employees were not required to wear protective equipment including, but not limited to, safety goggles and gloves that provide adequate protection for the chemical exposures present.
