29 CFR 1910.334(b)(2): After a circuit was de-energized by a circuit protective device, the circuit was manually reenergized without determining that the equipment and circuit can be safely energized. (a) Production Facility Line 3000: On or about January 16, 2025, the employer allowed untrained and unqualified employees to access 480 volt electrical power panels to reset breakers multiple times per shift without first determining the cause of the breaker being tripped and/or confirming that the underlying hazard had been corrected, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
