29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were used where attached to building surfaces: On, or about, October 22, 2024, in the following locations, flexible cord was attached to building surfaces using plastic tie wraps: A. Secondary Bench, Kickpress Area: A quad receptacle was energized through a flexible cord that was attached onto overhead conduit and a compressed air line. B. Fourslide Area: A duplex receptacle was energized through flexible cord that was attached to the ceiling an on overhead strain relief device using plastic tie-wraps. C. Fourslide Area, Sample Oven: The gray flexible cord that was used to energize the sample oven was attached to the ceiling.
