29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables not specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, were used where attached to building surfaces: a.) On or about September 5, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the basement by the API pit, extension cords were used as a substitute for fixed wiring and zip tied and wrapped around parts of the structure and other material. b.)
