29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: On or about August 14th, 2024, employees engaged in maintenance operations at the commercial bakery facility located 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that acetylene and oxygen cylinders were being stored close together in the maintenance shop. An acetylene cylinder was stored within approximately 1-2 feet directly in front of the flammable materials cabinet that contained oxygen cylinders
