29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Blend Pro - 601 S. 10th St., Allentown, PA - On or about June 26, 2024, employees were blending and packaging products that contained hazardous levels of crystalline silica, such as but not limited to, Penetron Penecrete. The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan for respirable crystalline silica in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
