29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were used where attached to building surfaces: On or about 5/21/2024, in the facility located at 1743 Scherer Pkwy in St. Charles, MO, the employer used a flex cord as a substitution for fixed wiring to power a garage door opener. The flex cord was attached to the ceiling and wall of the facility causing an electrical hazard to employees using the garage door and working in the area.
