29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): Where the employer has provided portable fire extinguishers for employee use in the workplace, an educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: (a) Throughout the facility; On or about May 15, 2024, and dates prior, the employer did not provide training to employees on the proper utilization of portable fire extinguishers located within the facilities.
