29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not ensure that they maintained a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) 3502 River Point Pkwy, Sheridan, CO 80110: On or about April 20, 2024, a safety data sheet for dry ice was not readily available nor maintained in the workplace. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from the sublimination of dry ice stored in the walk-in freezer.
