29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer used written materials, such as signs, placards, process sheets, or batch tickets in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers that failed to identify the container(s) to which they were applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): a) In the worksite, Plant 2, on or about April 12, 2024 - On the main vessel, the employer used a placard labeled R177 that did not identify the containers chemical hazard identification and chemical components. The hazard warning included may cause allergic skin reaction and eye irritation. b) In the worksite, Plant 2, on or about August 8, 2024 - A container of acetone, used daily as a cleaning solvent, was not labeled with hazardous warnings.
