29 CFR 1910.1018(k)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic: At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 (Refinery) - On or about 27 March 2024, employees of The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to inorganic arsenic exposure hazards due to all surfaces not being maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. This was the case throughout the facility but specifically noted under conveyors and in the drum shredding area. Further wipe sampling returned accumulations of inorganic arsenic in the following "clean areas": a) Hard hat and respirator shelf in main break building with safety offices b) Watercooler in the Reverb control room c) Watercooler in the Blast Furnace control room d) Watercooler in the slag treatment control room
