29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks, and the hazards associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their work areas: On or about January 25, 2024, inside of the machine shop, prior to assigning non-routine tasks the employer did not have a written safe operating procedure that identified hazards employees can potentially encounter, including but not limited to hexavalent chromium [Cr (VI)] contained in stainless steel materials being welded on by employees.
